Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs

Delivery is free within the Attica region if the total amount of the order is over 80 euros. For areas within close proximity to our headquarters, free deliveries are made for orders over 30 euros. Delivery will be made to the address you have provided when placing your order on the website. In case a certain area is not covered by us or our partners for delivery, we will inform you within the first 24 hours of placing the order whether we will be able to fulfill it or if there will be an additional charge.

Delivery Times

The delivery time of the products is specified in the order depending on the availability of the products and their shipping location. After the confirmation of the order by the Company, our team members will contact you to schedule two-hour time slots during which we can make the delivery. For orders dispatched via courier, you will receive relevant information with the tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your order. For bulky orders or special requests, the delivery times mentioned above do not apply, and the estimated delivery time is agreed upon with the Customer in writing (via email). For subscription packages (Weekly Flowers), the first delivery can be made after 7 calendar days from your purchase. You have the option to choose the date of the first delivery, and for each subsequent delivery, our team members will contact you to schedule the new date and time slot. Express deliveries are made the next day if the order is placed before 12:00 pm (noon), provided there is immediate availability of the respective product and it is for delivery in an area we serve. However, in some cases, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery as it may depend on factors beyond our control.

Please ensure that you enter complete and accurate details, including the recipient’s address and postal code. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided. In such cases, if a resend is requested, the shipping cost will be charged again. Otherwise, you may choose to pick up your order from our store.

We make every effort to ensure that deliveries are made within the specified delivery day, and therefore, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the designated time slot to receive the order. We will request the person who receives the delivery to sign for the goods. Please note that if you are unable to receive the delivery yourself, the person representing you to receive the order assumes this responsibility. If no one is available to receive the order, it will be returned to our store, and our team will contact you to rearrange delivery or pickup from our location.

If you are not present for your delivery without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of the vulnerable items contained in your order and the delivery cost.

For orders placed with a different sender and recipient, you will receive delivery information via email or message at the details you have provided or will indicate in the comments.

If you wish to send a bouquet or other product without disclosing your name, we can ensure anonymity to the recipient. However, for anonymity to be maintained both for the recipient and us, payment must be made in such a way that personal details do not appear.

If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect products, you must inform us within 48 business hours from the expected delivery date. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods you have not received. In any case, our liability will be limited to the price of the goods not delivered or delivered incorrectly and the delivery cost.

Please note that adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control may result in occasional delays or cancellations of delivery. If this occurs, we will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible to reschedule your delivery date. In any case, our liability towards you will be limited to the price of the undelivered goods and the delivery cost.

Cases Beyond Our Control

  • Adverse Weather Conditions

Adverse weather conditions may prevent the delivery of orders until the requested time or not at all. As stated above, in such cases, our liability towards you will be limited to the price of the undelivered goods and the delivery cost. Before canceling the order, our team members will attempt to contact you to discuss the possibility of a new delivery date and time that may suit you. Otherwise, if there is no written agreement to extend the time (via email correspondence), the Customer is entitled to unilaterally cancel the order with a written statement via email to the Company’s email address If the order is canceled and thus the sales contract is terminated, the Company shall refund, without delay, all the money paid by the Customer in full.

  • Force Majeure Events

The Company is not liable for delayed or non-delivery of any order if the delay or failure is due to any of the following: (i) Force majeure reasons, (ii) outbreak of hostilities, riots, political unrest, terrorist acts, (iii) acts of any government or authority (including the denial or revocation of any license or consent), (iv) fire, explosion, flood, fog, or adverse weather conditions, (v) power failure, damage to telecommunication lines, malfunction or damage to facilities, machinery, or vehicles, (vi) breach of obligations by suppliers, subcontractors, or delivery partners, (vii) theft, malicious damage, strike, lockout, or industrial action of any kind, (viii) marches/demonstrations, and (ix) any other cause or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Returns Policy

Returns for flowers and plants are not accepted due to the nature of the product.

For all other products, returns can be arranged with the store if they are in the same condition as when you received them and with complete packaging, within 14 days of purchase. Please check the condition, packaging, and type of the products upon delivery to identify any visible defects.

Additionally, products that are exempt from returns include:

  • Gift cards
  • Cosmetics (creams, soaps, shampoos)

To complete the return of each product, it must be accompanied by the relevant receipt.

Money returns are not provided. Instead, a store credit is issued for future purchases from the store for returned items.

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you (gift recipient), you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift sender had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift sender, and they will be informed of your return.

All orders for flowers and other products are subject to availability.

By placing an order, you accept that flowers and plants are natural products and may have slight variations in size, color, shape, and lifespan, and that they may differ slightly from the specifications included in the product descriptions. Although we make every effort to accurately depict the colors of the flowers in the indicative photos, we cannot guarantee that your computer screen accurately reproduces the colors of the flowers.

For orders of arrangements or bouquets, in case of any supply issues, you agree that if we deem the flowers we have received to be of inferior quality, we have the option to replace some of them so that we achieve the desired result.

We cannot guarantee that any of the flowers we provide are free from allergens. Some flowers may be harmful or toxic. If you need more information before placing an order, or if you or your pet have allergies, please contact us.
